Updates for BzyPeach customers

ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING UPDATES

I have updated my Shipping and Order Fulfillment details and FAQ page effective 04.21.2022.

These updates will provide a more accurate description of what to expect regarding these services.

Order Fulfillment

-All Yarns are dyed to order and weekly in small batches.

-Please allow at least 15-20 business days for dyeing and fulfillment prior to shipping.  

-If you purchase a preorder item(s), additional items in that same order will be sent

at the time of the preordered item. The other items will not be shipped separately.

If you wish them to arrive earlier, please place a separate order.

Shipping

-A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you for tracking purposes at the time the label is created. 

-Shipping labels are printed in house. Allow an additional day for transportation to the post office.

-Selection of Priority Shipping upgrades the shipping time for USPS, not for the dyeing and packing process.

My order fulfilling time frame will always be at least 15 business days

(unless otherwise indicated on specific listings).  

-I do not offer expedited shipping. I am a one person operation as it relates to yarn dyeing,

twisting, labeling, packing, and shipping orders. I am not able to provide rush delivery at this time.
